Coaching takes a coping- and solution-oriented approach, focusing on a specific social or professional role rather than the inner psychological life—though the two are often closely connected. I support you in gaining clarity about your situation and in finding effective ways to address personal and professional challenges.

Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is not a medical treatment and is usually of shorter duration. It is therefore not covered by health insurance.
