In a protected setting, you can reflect on content, review approaches, and develop new perspectives. A particular focus lies on emotion-focused therapy. Since 2024, I have also been an associate supervisor in training at the Institute for Emotion-Focused Therapy in Bern.<\/p>\n<p><b>Supervision in a coaching context<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I provide supervision for specialists and persons in leading positions in the health and social care sectors, with a focus on role clarification, decision-making, conflict resolution, and professional development.<\/p>\n<p><b>Profile<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Many years of experience as a psychotherapist and team leader in diverse contexts<\/li>\n<li>CAS in Supervision and Leadership (Institute for Ecological-Systemic Therapy &amp; Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences)<\/li>\n<li>Associate supervisor in training at the Institute for Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy in Bern (since 2024)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My approach is structured and resource-oriented, characterized by a respectful and attentive attitude.
