As a university trained and federally recognized psychotherapist, I offer professional support in overcoming psychological difficulties and personal challenges. In our initial consultation, we will get to know each other and clarify how I can best support you.

My therapeutic work is based on cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and systemic approaches, which can also be combined as needed. I place great importance on transparency, an individually tailored process, and a trusting, respectful relationship.
